Hello

I'm Emma, I used to have a bad back (I probably still would if I stopped doing Pilates).

I teach Pilates on the mat, on reformer, in person around Sherborne Dorset and online.

I help people feel stronger and more flexible. The aim is to do this in an inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable to be themselves.
